The Watcher In The Attic (1976)

Review:

Boarding house tenant Gouda has taken up quite a peculiar past time. After he finds a secret crawlspace in the attic of his building, he begins to spy from peep holes in the ceiling into the apartments below. There he observes the other tenants.

Their once unseen acts, ranging from the mundane to the perverse, unfold before his lingering eyes. And after myriad glimpses into the secret lives of his neighbors, Gouda finds himself fixating on one particular female tenant, who's bedroom activities become an all consuming interest.

The aristocratic beauty usually requests that her gentleman callers wear clown attire. And their outrageous sexual explorations, quickly become fascinating spectacles for Gouda. Who by the day becomes more entranced with the nameless, girl participating in the deviant acts, he secretly wishes he could be a part of.

The two do eventually develop a bizarre relationship, even after Lady Junko's bedroom games turn violent.

In fact, her sanguinary compulsions only further entice Gouda to partake in a little harmless mayhem, just so he can appease his murderous madam.

In Conclusion:

So far, this has to be my favorite, Nikkatsu release from Mondo Macabro.

The sex scenes are dreamlike and creative. We have clown faced suitors, and a kinky chauffeur who constructs a special sex chair that allows him to sit inside of it, so he can experience the feeling of his desired object sitting on him.

Pervish hi-jinks aside, I thought this film had a lingering almost drug-like quality to it, with a very off kilter ending. (Which I will not spoil! :P)

(I also note, that the amazing full mouth of Renji Ishibashi (Gouda) also helped elevate my viewing experience ;) Even with bizarro, 70s hair..I still found him quite attractive.)

Sexy Battle Girls (1986)

Review:

Mirai has been training for revenge since her mother ran off with the principal of an all girls private school. With her scorned father hell bent on honing the young girl's secret, special ability, know as "Venus Crush", he also requires his daughter to wear a chastity belt, because any vaginal penetration from a regular man would result in impotence. So training via crushing various produce is encouraged.

After a sexual mishap at Mirai's previous co-ed school, she is sent to the very same private school, housing the lecherous headmaster, Bush. The man responsible for breaking up her family.

Not only is the school overrun by a corrupt staff (using the school to run a secret prostition ring for politicians), Mirai also quickly attracts attention from fellow class mate and delinquent, Susan (who much like Mirai, has her own special ability, know as "Ninja Pen". Giving her the ability to throw mechanical pencils.)

Susan happens to encounter one of the shadey characters lurking around the school. A repugnant, truancy officer with a fixation for vaginal secretions, finds Susan stealing pencils and black mails her into sleeping with him. And lets say the gooey encounter ends with Susan besting the officer by running off with his cash.

Susan's personal triumph, however, is short lived, when she finds out first hand how they break in girls for their secret sex ring.

Now it's upto Mirai to dole out some necessary justice!

In Conclusion :

This deranged sex farce, is definately in a league of it's own.

Only the Japanese could think of something this weird :-P

S&M Hunter (1986)

Review:

When the services of illustrious rope master, S&M Hunter are requested by a bereft man (Joe), seeking the whereabouts of his abducted lover. Joe can only conclude that the female gang, "The Bombers" are somehow responsible for his partners disappearance.

Joe unknowingly joins forces with the rather odd trio. S&M Hunter, his Dungeon Master and their helpful assistant, Maria as they infiltrate the voracious gang's hideout.

S&M Hunter assures Joe of Jack's liberation from the gang's clutches, but only before he takes his time to show the girls "the ropes."

In Conclusion :

It was refreshing to see how the gender roles have reversed slightly in this film. Rather then the usual helpless female being subjected to various sexual exploits. We instead have a rather attractive man, being forced to perform for his insistent captors, who are ready to mount him at any moment.

The scenes of Kinbaku are amazing. I throughly enjoyed seeing the various female gang members, being tied up in various configurations, where they are brought to the peak of pleasure by S&M Hunter.

From intricate webs of rope, cutting into soft flesh. Vengeful, chain weilding foes in nazi garb. And heaps of hilariously offensive jokes.

S&M Hunter is a glorious viewing experience!
Highly recommended!
